All products are shipped via UPS/USPS/DHL. You will automatically receive an email with your tracking information when your order is processing. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders:

Returns/Exchanges

All sales are FINAL.

The UNRDGS does NOT offer exchanges or returns of any kind. If a mistake is made on our end, we will access the issue on a case by case basis. 

We do not cancel orders after they are submitted.
